Bonsai Growth offers non-dilutive financing by utilizing a company’s tax credits or government initiatives and receivables (e.g., grants, contracts, purchase orders, etc.). Since most government programs and funding generally has delayed turnaround times, Bonsai Growth offers bridge financing for these initiatives as a solution.

This is done by reviewing our applicants as well as the government program or tax credit they expect to receive. Once approved, Bonsai Growth can provide a loan of up to 75% of the total receivable that is expected. This provides a company with capital now that they can use to expand and grow while also maintaining their shares. Another component to our government grant financing is matching funds for the programs that require a capital contribution. Many government programs require a company to match funds or provide a percentage in capital contribution in order to unlock the funding. Bonsai Growth can match up to 75% of the capital contribution approved funding to assist companies that allows them to extend their cash flow for other expenses. This is a great way to help companies cross the finish line in their grant applications and provides more capital for their projects and growth. Bonsai Growth also works closely with industry partners in commercial credit, funding consultants and equity to help our applicants meet their capital raising needs throughout the arc of their company.
