We collect information directly from you when you use our services, and indirectly from third parties, primarily consumer reporting agencies.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Identifiers: Name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and Social Security Number (SSN) or equivalent national identification number.
Sensitive Personal Information: Financial information, credit card details (for payment), and information required for identity verification.
Commercial Information: Information regarding your transactions with us.
In order to provide our financing services, and with your explicit written authorization, we obtain consumer credit reports and scores from TransUnion and other CRAs. This information is considered Highly Confidential and may include:
Credit history and payment performance
Public records (bankruptcies, judgments, etc.)
Inquiry history
Credit scores
We use the collected information for the specific, legally permissible purpose(s) disclosed to you at the time of collection and as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and TransUnion’s subscriber agreement.
Specifically, we use your information to:
Fulfill Our Service: To process your request for bridge financing.
Verify Identity: To comply with federal and state regulations and to ensure we access the correct credit file.
Fraud Prevention: To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions and unauthorized access to our services.
Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries and provide technical assistance.
Internal Operations: For data analysis, improving our services, and auditing.
Crucially, we will only use the consumer report data from TransUnion for the specific purpose for which you provided authorization.
We do not sell your personally identifiable information or consumer credit information to third parties. We may disclose your information to the following entities for the purposes described:
Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs): We share your identifying information (name, SSN, address, etc.) with TransUnion and other CRAs to pull your consumer report and/or credit score upon your request and with your authorization.
Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data hosting, or identity verification. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose your information when legally required to do so, such as in response to a court order, subpoena, or to comply with applicable laws (e.g., FCRA, GLBA).
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data security to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your sensitive credit information.

Access to consumer report information is strictly limited to authorized personnel who have a “need to know” and are trained in proper data handling protocols.
We adhere to all security requirements mandated by TransUnion and applicable law.
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law or TransUnion’s subscriber requirements.
Because we use information from TransUnion (a consumer reporting agency), you have certain rights under the FCRA and other relevant laws.
Right to Adverse Action Notice: If we use any information from your consumer report (credit report) to deny your application or take another adverse action against you, we will notify you and provide the name, address, and telephone number of the CRA that supplied the report, as required by law.
Right to Dispute: If you believe information in your consumer report is inaccurate, you have the right to directly dispute it with the consumer reporting agency (TransUnion). We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data reported by TransUnion.
Right to a Free Credit Report: You have the right to obtain a free copy of your credit report from TransUnion and other major CRAs once every 12 months through AnnualCreditReport.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
